Audio/video motorization solves
a problem in either design or space, sometimes both. It allows you to conceal
equipment when not in use, and maintain the design integrity of the room. The
TV or projector need not be the constant focal point. When you wish to use the
equipment, it can magically appear. When not in use, it is concealed in furniture
or in the ceiling. Motorization also creates dual utilization of space and facilitates
multiple viewing areas. In the popular end-of-bed use, a motorized swivel feature
may be added that will allow TV viewing from bed, or from the seating area across
the room.

quiet motor with adequate torque to handle the lifting requirements while meeting
UL standards, providing internal limit switches to allow for precision operation
and having safety features such as thermal overload protection to prevent the
motor from overheating.. Structural Integrity:
All steel, welded construction utilizing the highest quality components. A mechanism
of this type has no rivets to loosen, no plastic or synthetic parts to wear or
break, and will require no maintenance. Mechanical Process: Rack and pinion
operation to ensure smooth and stable travel regardless of load distribution.
All steel gears and gear racks in order to eliminate any need for periodic lubrication
and avoid the wear and breakage inherent in plastic or synthetic gears and gear
racks. Control Systems: State-of-the-art,
computer chip based technology that will provide the reliability and versatility
to control the lift with radio remote control, infrared remote control or link
the lift to a sophisticated home automation system. Manual override controls are
also provided, in case the remote becomes lost or damaged so that the lift may
still be operated
