To insure absolute surface uniformity, S&S pours
their glass onto a bed of mercury. Each piece of glass is perfectly flat and optically
pure. We use only 20 mm / 3/4 thick glass in our furniture range. This extremely
thick glass is unusual in the furniture industry, but it guarantees a high load
capacity and accentuates the elegant design of fine audio and
video components.

Focus 72 gives security. The massive 154 lbs. (70 kg)
bearing capacity per shelf combined with surfaces sufficiently
dimensioned that, in width and depth, that area is created
for extensive systems.
The center shelves are each height adjustable up or down
50 mm (approx. 2"); the top shelf is placed upon rubber
buffers, slip-proof and vibration-damped. Clear glass shelves
are available, as an option, also in 20 mm (3/4")
thickness (Maxi). The dimensions of the Focus objects are
established one to the other, Focus 72 is ideally combined
with Focus 110 and Focus 90.
